The Problem: establish Redbubble as THE source for crazy specific designs, for Gen Z young women and their Gen X moms who are looking for more expressive, personal stuff.
The Solution: promote specific designs to evoke that variety and specificity, and emphasize that every product is designed by an independent artist and printed just for you.
The Work: I was copy and concept lead on seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches, across email, social, display, direct mail, podcasts, and more. We rolled out our first global brand launch, and I wrote our brand guidelines (more on that below). I led a team of creatives in the US and Australia.
The Results: hit new annual revenue records in 2020 and 2021.
